Frequently Asked Questions
How do I take a class?
Browse our classes on the Lace Classes page, choose a class, and click Enroll. After signing up and paying (if it's a paid class), your class appears in your member account under My Programs, where you can return any time.
Do I need supplies before I start?
Our free Bobbin Lace Basics: Lace Supplies Overview class walks you through what you need. You can also find pillows, bobbins, and starter kits in our Shop.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on physical products within North America. See our Shipping & Return Policy for details.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery. Online classes are non-returnable once access is granted. See our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.
